The Challenge
The client needed support in the R&D group that required unique skills specific to bio-medical implants. In house recruiting efforts brought little to no results. Client also needed the candidate to have a background with both engineering and anatomy.
Aries' Approach
By sourcing candidates on a national level we were able to tap into a market more saturated by candidates with this specific set of skills. We also used our personal database of candidates to get referrals to the best candidates possible. Candidate resumes started being sent within the first hour of the search and the position was filled within 48 hrs. The selected candidate started 1 week after the offer was made and eventually became a permanent member of the client's staff.
