In this contract position, our client is aggressively searching for a Sr. Composites/Materials Engineer. This is NOT a design position but more of a Composites SME that is adept at materials themselves. This person will be doing material performance testing, requesting analysis to be done, etc to help them optimize their products/designs. They need the ability to interface with customers and establish relationships with vendors and will work with project team offering expertise in the materials themselves.
This is NOT a design position. Although they will work with designers, engineers, etc, they will only be responsible for their expertise in composite materials and will be a go-to resources for materials selection, qualifying, etc. |
