- Develop and execute a detailed work plan and schedule, including all design, analysis and ground/flight testing activities to simulate both ground and flight system environments
- Develop structural loads and dynamics processes/tools/models used in quick-look and system design environments definition and establish structural loads and dynamics environments in all flight regimes of integrated aerospace systems
- Define preliminary environments for alternative system concepts and participation in program requirements and design reviews on new development projects
- Execute approved work plans through close collaboration with SE&I and Program team mates to ensure success and identify potential program risks associated with structural loads and dynamics environments and implement a strategy to mitigate those risks over the program life cycle
- Track system compliance through participation in the System Design/Certification Review process
- Develop and execute a detailed work plan and schedule, including all design, analysis and ground/flight testing activities to simulate both ground and flight system environments
This is a contract assignment expected to last 6-12 months.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- Must have an understanding of NASTRAN
- BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required

- The following Skills/Experience (listed in order of importance) are required:

Project engineering/management (lead or facilitate cross-functional teams to develop project or program objectives)

Experience with highly/semi-automated packaging lines (liquid filling & capping machines/equipment a plus)

Reviewing vendor drawings and making sure they meet design engineering specs (completing revisions as needed)
- The following skills are plusses: Experience in an ISO 9000, FDA GMP or USDA regulated environment, implementation and management of SPC programs
- Autocad and/or SolidWorks is also a plus
